optiprint cast - Model cast, crowns and bridges

Use the effectiveness advantages of 3D printing in the model casting technique as well. The residue-free combustible premium resin optiprint cast is specially tailored to this process.

The high green strength in conjunction with a low viscosity give the material its particular suitability for the high-precision production of model casts and C + B parts.

Very gracile support structures are possible to ensure the distortion-free construction of the casts.

The phosphate-bound investment provest RM and the light-curing repair gel dentona gel LC are particularly suited to the premium resin.

optiprint tray

optiprint tray - Individual impression trays

In terms of mechanics, polymerisation behaviour and visuals, the optiprint  tray material is consequently being developed and optimised for the additive manufacturing of individual impression trays using DLP processes.

Here, the curing depth is perfectly adapted to the process, allowing the solution to be adapted to the application at a high construction speed. The small
inhibition layer also ensures the best possible polymerisation of the silicone
impression material to be used later.

The high elongation at break combined with the translucency of the 3D printed
component means that the practitioner always has control during the impression process and when removing the tray from the mouth.

Special features:

  • Minimal inhibition layer promotes optimal polymerization of the impression material

  • High elongation translucency of the component

  • Coordinated curing depth for high construction speeds

optiprint model - Model production

Even in the digital workflow, the dental model is an important working and control document when restorations are not just being produced chair side.

The specially designed optiprint model for this production process is opaque and resistant to light and humidity. The golden brown colour ensures optimum visibility of the preparation lines and, together with the component’s resistance to abrasion, ensures it is produced very similarly to a conventional plaster model.

Special features:

  • Gold brown color

  • Very smooth surfaces

  • Haptic very close to the classic plaster model

optiprint I-B-T - Transfer guides for positioning braces

The biocompatible 3D-printing resin optiprint I-B-T 385 has been specially developed for the additive manufacturing of transfer guides for positioning braces. The transfer guides can be designed very easily using CAD software. Practitioners benefit from increased precision, safety and speed when installing braces. The clear, transparent material is very flexible and tear-resistant,
making it very comfortable to insert and remove.

Special features:

  • biocompatible

  • flexible and easy to tear

  • clear transparent

optiprint gingiva - Flexible gingival masks

The special optiprint gingiva resin is developed for producing flexible gingival masks using 3D printing technology. The colour of the optiprint gingiva resin is very similar to the colour of natural gums and the softness of the material is very similar to real gingiva,
making it easier for the dental technician to produce aesthetic dentures.
optiprint gingiva is the optimum addition to the special resin opti
print model.

Special features:

  • Gingiva-shade

  • flexible

optiprint model clear 385 - Exhibition models

This extremely clear 3D printing resin is perfect for showcasing valuable dental work in the appropriate lighting. optiprint model clear 385 has been specially developed for 3D printing, with a projector with a wavelength of 385 nm. The combination of the light source and the special material allows the dental technician to display their work in a crystal clear model, which will win over both practitioners and patients alike. It is also ideal for laboratories to gain new business contacts with their work.

Special features:

  • Very clear visually

  • Specially designed for the laboratory marketing

optiprint match - Rematch of work results

This new 3D printing resin has been specially developed to document the digital production process for the purposes of quality management when using 3D printing. Without having to condition the surface any further, the printed form part can be rescanned by using optiprint match to compare the data obtained with the output dataset for the project. The user therefore has control over the precision of their digital production process and valuable support when it comes to finding the causes of any deviations that may arise. optiprint match increases quality assurance in production. The smooth, matt brown colour of optiprint match is easy on the eye and ensures a homogeneous surface appearance on the printed form part.

Special features:

  • Ideal for the documentation of the process quality

  • Scans well without surface conditioning

  • Homogeneous surface of form parts

The material is characterized by its exceptional UV stability in combination with reliable bending / tensile strength. Without any form of brittleness, optiprint guide ensures high process robustness

and meets the highest demands on handling. The optiprint guide components can be sterilized with ethylene oxide, y radiation or steam. They remain dimensionally stable and virtually free of discoloration. The resin has a low viscosity and is biocompatible.

Special features:

  • Clear transparent

  • Very high UV resistance

  • High process reliability

  • Low viscosity and biocompatible

  • class IIa and FDA listed

optiprint mock-up - Made for patient satisfaction

Use 3D printing as a sales aid and to ensure patient satisfaction. This allows the patient, dentist and dental technician to perfectly adjust and predict the shape and fit of the restoration before the treatment begins. Frequent application of mock-ups is the planning of veneers in the anterior region, since aesthetics and function are particularly critical factors.

The patient not only sees the planned end result, he can also try out how to chew and speak.

The special resin is very easy to scan without further conditioning of the surface so that the try-on can be digitized again via a wax-up scan.

Special features:

  • Sales support for the discussion with the patient

  • Ensuring patient satisfaction

  • Class I medical product
